Vintage Sears Kenmore button hole buttonholer attachment. It includes 9 templates, bottom plate, screw and the instruction manual booklet.
On the side of the box it's marked # 60706, Sears, Roebuck and Co and Simpsons Sears Limited, Made in USA.
It's in excellent condition. I don't think it was used very much.
